The Seneca Trail RC&D Council serves Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Livingston, Wyoming Counties and the Seneca Nation of Indians
As of today, Congress passed legislation that eliminated funding for USDA-Natural Resource Conservation Service assistance to the Resource Conservation and Development Council program. The RC&D Office staff have reassigned to other duties and will no longer be able to assist the Council with their activities. The Council would like to reassure the people in western New York that they will continue to operate as as a 501(c)3 organization assisting people with projects related to the improvement in the natural resources in the region
